However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and DESPAIR-LAB.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by DESPAIR-LAB or for any aspect of transactions between you and DESPAIR-LAB, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

You and DESPAIR-LAB agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in the place where DESPAIR-LAB is legally registered and headquartered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
